We got this call on a Sunday evening, and a live person answered the phone, not a recording. The cable had jumped the drum on one side, which left the door hanging at an angle and the homeowner stranded with one car stuck inside. We re-seated the cable, re-wound the drum, checked the spring tension, and cycled the door ten times to make sure it would hold overnight. Weather Seal and Bottom Panel Repair – Shingle Creek Area
This customer called because the garage was getting damp every time it rained, and the seal under the door had torn through in two spots.
