Meet the Kissimmee Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Kissimmee
We’re a small crew, and that’s deliberate. Every technician who shows up at your door in Kissimmee, Poinciana, Celebration, or St. Cloud is someone Marcus Deller hired personally and would trust at his own house. No subcontractors, no day laborers in a rented truck, no one learning the trade on your time. What unites us is simple: we measure, we show you the failed part, we quote a flat price in writing, and we don’t start until you say go. Most of us have been doing this long enough to remember which springs fail in Florida humidity and which doors give up first in hurricane season.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus Deller has run Servo Garage Doors Kissimmee since 2015, and he still takes emergency calls on nights when the schedule runs thin. He’s the one who wrote the flat-price rule into The Haven Standard, partly because he got tired of seeing customers quoted one number and invoiced another by other companies. His background is on the repair side, not the sales floor, which is why the photo record exists: if a customer is going to pay for a new torsion spring, they should see the break with their own eyes. When he’s not on a job site, he’s usually at the shop arguing with a parts supplier or replacing the same set of work gloves he’s had for three years. Ask him about the time a customer in Buena Ventura Lakes called about a “haunted” garage door and he’ll tell you it was just a bent track and a cat.
Danny R., Lead Technician
Danny has been with the crew for nine years and has seen just about every way a garage door can fail in Osceola County. He’s our spring specialist, which matters because torsion springs under tension are the one component we tell homeowners never to touch themselves. If your door slams shut or won’t lift, Danny’s usually the one measuring wire diameter and counting coils before he quotes anything. He’s state-licensed and carries a tool bench in the van that’s organized well enough to make you suspicious. Off the clock, he races sailboats on Lake Tohopekaliga, which means he understands wind pressure on large objects better than any textbook ever taught.
Luis M., Senior Installer
Luis handles most new door installations, from single-car garage doors in Mill Run to full oversized two-door setups in the new builds off Pleasant Hill Road. He’s certified on all eight brands we service, with a particular depth on Clopay and Amarr, and he can usually spot a measurement problem before the old door even comes off the track. Luis is the guy who levels everything twice and sweeps the garage floor before he leaves, which customers notice and mention in reviews. He moved here from Puerto Rico in 2012 and still hasn’t gotten used to the summers. When he does an opener install, he programs remotes, keypads, and the myQ app, and he doesn’t leave until you’ve tested every one.
Kayla T., Service Coordinator
Kayla is who you hear at (689) 210-6506 when you call at 2:00 a.m. with a door that won’t close and a car trapped inside. She’s been coordinating service calls for six years and keeps the dispatch board running from the first emergency call to the last scheduled install. Kayla’s the one who tells you exactly who’s coming, what they’ll be driving, and when the text will hit your phone. Technicians don’t show up as a surprise, and that’s her rule as much as anyone’s. She’s also the person who handles the Free Second Opinion paperwork when a customer brings in another company’s written estimate, so she’s seen some quote sheets that would make you laugh or wince. She keeps a paper map of Kissimmee neighborhoods in the office, not because she needs it, but because she likes being able to point to a street and know how long it takes to get there at any hour.
Jalen B., Apprentice Technician
Jalen’s been training with Danny for two years and now runs some scheduled maintenance and minor repair jobs on his own, always with a senior tech a phone call away. He handles a lot of the rollers, hinges, and weatherstripping work, and he’s learning the spring trade the right way: hands-on, supervised, and never rushed. Customers appreciate that he explains what he’s doing in plain language without talking down to them. He’s a Kissimmee native, graduated from Osceola High, and still plays pickup basketball at the civic center when his schedule allows. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to what Jalen installs the same as it applies to Marcus, and Jalen will tell you that’s part of why he wanted the job.
One Standard, Every Job

The Haven Standard isn’t a slogan pinned to a corkboard. It’s a written set of promises, numbered, that every technician carries and every customer can read. Clause 1 is the reason no one leaves a quote to a phone call: a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts, on every job, no exceptions. Clause 4 is why technicians photograph the failed part before quoting a replacement, so the customer sees what we see. That single standard is what holds the crew together across repair, install, opener, parts, and emergency work. We don’t ask a homeowner to help, and we don’t start until the paperwork is signed. When the job’s done, you get documentation, a photo record, and a named person to call if anything isn’t right. That’s how it’s worked in Kissimmee since 2015, and that’s how it’ll work when we pull up at your place, whether it’s a broken spring at 7:00 p.m. in Poinciana or a new door going in next week off Michigan Avenue. A written price, a documented record, and a crew that answers for the work.
